This one- day workshop will explore the third phase of the Sacred Feminine; the Crone, the phase in life when a woman is free to truly be herself.

This one-day workshop will examine the phase in a woman’s life when she comes into reproductive phases; both physical and metaphorical. We will explore the mother phase through the lens of emotional, physical, mental and spiritual development and we will also learn about the shadow of this phase.

This one - day workshop explores the phases of life that deal with beginnings and how they reflect the maiden within you. Participants will be given the space and opportunity to explore the sacred maiden feminine within.
